I was gonna say...

Since there's a date listed in the first place, it has to mean there's cards in the set that are not currently legal... in other words, new cards. 

Considering that the OCG Anniversary Pack was to be just reprints with new artwork, I wouldn't hold out for new cards. Unless they're "classic" cards that are reprints in Japan and never printed here, though I can't think of any at this point.

Much joy and excitement over this, and here's hoping that the dragons aren't particularly hard to get.

Well,  since they're old cards with spankin' new art.   The Appendix says so.




And like I said in the Jump09 thread,  it wouldn't take long for them to show up on our shores if they were brought over.   They're already translated all it took was a big file containing the art.
